4.1 Engineer Eligibility: Engineers must be Gas Safe registered, hold the necessary qualifications, and have valid public liability insurance to perform boiler installations in the UK. Engineers are required to provide proof of certification and insurance upon sign-up.

4.2 Engineer Responsibilities: Engineers are independent contractors and are not employees of Heatleaders. They are solely responsible for providing installation services, including adhering to all relevant safety standards, building regulations, and Gas Safe requirements.

4.3 Service Booking: Customers can book installation services through the Website. Engineers will receive service requests and have the option to accept or decline them. Acceptance of a service request forms a binding contract between the Engineer and the Customer under these Terms.

4.4 Service Payment: Payment for installation services is handled through the Website. Engineers will receive payment after the service has been completed and confirmed by the Customer. A service fee [percentage or fixed amount] will be deducted from the payment to cover administrative costs.

4.5 Engineer Conduct: Engineers are expected to provide professional, high-quality services. We reserve the right to remove any Engineer from the Website if they receive multiple complaints, fail to meet our standards, or violate these Terms.
